This class will be for the more athletic person and will consist of intensive jogging/sprinting, calisthenics, and resistance training. 

Length of Session
Classes run 4 weeks  - twice per week

Fees
$110 - (30% discount if you're a CLCCA resident)

Schedule
Tuesdays/ Thursdays 6am - 7am
Tuesdays/ Thursdays 7pm - 8pm
