Looking for something different to get in shape? Get fit with an exciting work out designed to challenge you in every way.   This class will consist of cardio activities, calisthenics, and resistance training.  Whether you're a beginner just starting a new exercise regimen, or looking for a challenge to your current workout routine, this class is perfect for anyone.  If you are a beginner, activities can be adjusted to fit your fitness level.  Activities will be indoor and outdoors.

$110 - (30% discount if you're a CLCCA resident)
