Yoga means "union". A mind, body, spirit connection. Linking poses with breathing techniques for a strong, energetic yet relaxed and flexible body which results in inner peace and well being. A combination of streching and holding exercises that strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility and improve circulation. Breathing techniques produce mental and physical relaxation resulting in inner peace and well being.  Dahn Yoga is a "Gentle Energy" Yoga to increase health and vitality.

Attire: comfortable clothing, bare feet.
Equipment: yoga mat, hand towel and bottled water.
Optional: yoga blocks and straps.

Fees
$80 - (30% discount if you're a CLCCA resident)

Tuesday / Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm and Saturday 10:30-11:30 am
