This class is a mixture of Yoga and Pilates!
Instructor Tomoko trained and danced in a classical Ballet company in Tokyo. She taught Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates in Europe and Japan!
Pilates is a from of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes balanced muscle development through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficent, strong & graceful movement. Top benefits include becoming stronger, longer & leaner.
Length of Session 8 Weeks - February 5th - March 29, 2012 (No classes March 13 & March 15)
Fees $65 - (30% discount if you're a CLCCA resident)
