Put on flotation belts to enable arms and legs to stretch and exercise freely. A FLOTATION BELT MUST BE WORN DURING THIS CLASS. Belts are available at the pool for your use. You will work out at your own pace to increase your flexibility and endurance. We also use "bells" and noodles for a wide range of exercises in the deep water. You do not need to be swimmer to enjoy this class.

Schedule Tuesday/Thursday 8-9 am
Fees $45 for Tues/Thurs class $60 for Tues/Wed/Thurs class (30% discount if you're a CLCCA resident) $3 supply fee (this fee is for the purchase of noodles, buoys, and buoyancy belts as needed)
