Performance Training for Young Athletes

Our instructor, Damian Adams (AMFPT certified), will present a high level of fitness training through the knowledge he has learned as a personal trainer & fitness expert.  He will use fitness games, sports skills and drills, and general cardiovascular & strength training that will develop your child's agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, motor skills, & endurance to help your child achieve a higher level of performance in their chosen sport.

"I wanted to thank you for the wonderful experience my 15 yr. old son, Gerrit had training with Damian.   We signed up for 9 sessions and were very pleased with the results.  Gerrit saw an improvement in his running speed, his arm strength and over-all conditioning.
