Personal Training with Certified Fitness Professional Damian Adams. 

 The Clear Lake Rec Center has a personal trainer on staff that will work with you to design a program that fits your fitness needs and goals.  One on one sessions are available to give you the specialized attention you need.  You can purchase individual hour-long sessions, or multiple sessions at one time for a discounted rate. 

Sign up for sessions in the main office.  Call the Fitness Room directly at (281) 488-0239 from 6am - 1pm Monday - Friday to set appointments directly with Damian.

"My 14 year old son fractured his forearm at the beginning of the summer.  He was looking forward to beginning his summer tournament baseball season when the fracture occurred.  Once this happened we spoke as a family and decided to contact a Personal Trainer for Blane.  Damian came recommended by another parent that sent two of her children to him last summer.  I spoke to Damian and let him know my son was wearing a cast on his arm.  No problem.  He let me know what he could do for Blane.  I set up a series of nine one hour sessions.  Damian worked cardio, leg strength, and agility with Blane for the first three weeks.  Once Blane was able to remove his cast he moved on to light weights / cardio.  We signed Blane up for another twelve one hour sessions to last the remainder of the summer.  What we saw was an increase in muscle mass and strength.  Blane really enjoyed working with Damian.  We highly recommend Damian as a personal trainer for anyone.  While it was a lot of work, Damian made the sessions fun and pushed Blane to get better at each session.  One thing we know for sure, Blane will be going back for additional sessions." -- Byron Bomersbach
