On December 17, 2003 Houston City council approved the ordinance that would fine dog owners up to $500.00 for failing to pick up after their pets, away from their home grounds. While the ordinance doesn’t really change the original premise or intent, it does make it legally enforceable. We appreciate your cooperation!
