Instructor: Cheri Moran
Traditional Hatha style yoga with modifications for mobility and strength. Props will be available for those seniors who need additional support for certain poses as well as armless chairs for those not comfortable on the floor. This class is suitable for everybody from beginner to intermediate. Modifications will be made for mobility, flexibility, and strength issues. All fitness levels are welcome.
