Speed, Agility & Jump Training

Great for athletes playing basketball, volleyball, football, baseball or soccer! 

This class is for the athlete that is motivated to improve their overall athletic ability!  This program will focus on an athlete's speed, agility and jumping ability that will include plyometrics, reaction speed, multidirectional movements, proper landing mechanics, multi-joint strengthening,
core control and balance!

  W-6:30-7:30 pm & Sat-9:30-10:30 am
