Traditional Hatha style yoga using breathing exercises and poses to build strength, flexibility and balance. This class is suitable for everybody over age 12 from beginner to intermediate with modifications for each individuals abilities. All fitness levels are welcome.
Materials needed for this class are: yoga mat or towel, yoga strap or men's tie or bathrobe belt. Cost: $100.00 Days: T/Th 4:30-5:30 pm Class Length: 8 wk session Location: C/D Room
