Senior Social Night: Mix, Mingle & Move!

Looking to expand your social circle, meet new friends, or perhaps connect with someone special? Join us for our Senior Social Night, an evening dedicated to good company, great food, and community connections.

Whether you are coming with a group of friends, arriving solo and looking to meet fellow singles, or just want to get out of the house, this night is for you! Our relaxed, welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to spark conversations and share a laugh.

This is a social event that caters to the senior citizens in our area, it is a low pressure, sophisticated event.There will be music and dancing, as well as refreshments. This event will have various activities that would strike up friendly conversation, and would help create connections within the community!

• Date: July 24th, 2026

• Time: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

• Location: Clear Lake City Community Association, 16511 Diana Ln, Houston, TX 77062, United States. The event will be held in our Gymnasium

• Cost: $25 per person

What’s on the Agenda?

• Catered Dinner by Olive Garden: Enjoy a delicious, classic Italian meal featuring everyone's favorite freshly baked breadsticks, salad, and a selection of hot pastas.

• Featured Social Activities: Fun, low-pressure ways to break the ice and get to know your neighbors (details below!).

• Music & Dancing: Hit the dance floor or tap your toes to a fantastic playlist of timeless classics spanning the decades.

Featured Activities: Making Connections Easy!

We know that striking up a conversation with someone new can sometimes feel a little daunting, so we’ve planned some fantastic, casual activities to help get the conversation flowing naturally:

• "Common Ground" Bingo: This isn't your average regular bingo! Instead of numbers, your bingo card will feature fun facts and experiences. Grab a card, mingle around the room, and find fellow guests who match the squares. It’s a fast, hilarious way to discover what you have in common with others!

• Table Question Jars: Every single table will be equipped with a custom "Question Jar" filled with fun, lighthearted, and thought-provoking conversation starters. No awkward silences here—just pick a card from the jar and let the stories and laughs take over!

Coming Alone? You won't be for long! We will have "Social Ambassadors" on hand to introduce you around and make sure everyone feels included. This is a highly inclusive event perfect for singles and newcomers.

Registration

Spaces are limited to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. Please register by July 22, 2026 so we can get an accurate headcount for the catering order.
