Upon a recent inspection, management noticed several perimeter concrete fences in need of pressure washing or new paint. Some concrete fences need immediate repair, especially if sections have fallen or are leaning.
Please take a moment to inspect your own concrete fence facing Pineloch, Space Center Blvd, or El Camino Real and take the necessary steps to ensure it looks clean and is safe. The approved paint color is called DRY DOCK. Paint chips are available at the CLCCA office or at Sherwin Williams.
