If enacted, the SCSC will apply only to individuals who purchase property in the designated neighborhoods of Meadowgreen, Oakbrook, Camino South, and Oakbrook West, with the charge taking effect for properties acquired on or after July 1, 2026.
*Current property owners will not be affected by this charge.

VOTING INSTRUCTIONS:
For those who own property in Oakbrook, Oakbrook West, Meadowgreen and Camino South, PLEASE WATCH YOUR EMAIL AND YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR AN EMAIL FROM [email protected]! This email will take you to the quick and easy online ballot! See additional voting instructions below.
We are excited to offer the option to vote electronically using a third-party representative. This is a safe and efficient method to increase participation in our community. Each property with an email address on file will receive a ballot for the Supplemental Community Service Charge from [email protected].

Voting online is easy and quick! You will have three steps:
- Receive the email and click the link to go to the voting site (or go to the voting site and enter your code).
- Register for the vote by entering your name, email, and creating a password.
- Make your choices on the ballot and submit.

Paper Ballots:
A vote in favor requires you to vote online or cast a paper ballot. If you do not wish to vote online, please stop by the CLCCA gym office at 16511 Diana Lane, Houston, TX 77062 Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm to request a paper ballot. Please be sure to have a form of identification with you showing the property address you own within CLCCA. Completed ballots can be placed in the green drop box outside the main office in the Ramada parking lot during and after operating hours.
To make sure you have every opportunity to be an informed voter, informational meetings will be scheduled where both electronic and paper ballot methods will be accessible. Please check the www.clcca.org website for the meeting dates.
An opposing vote requires you to do nothing, but we ask that you send the ballot back with the words “opposed” and your address, so that we do not spend additional resources trying to contact you.
