The Revision of Founding Documents Committee recently met on June 24, 2024, and made a recommendation to the board.  The board approved their recommendation to seek assistance from elected officials in finding a way to update the method of voting for the Clear Lake City Community Association property owners. This could be through amending Chapter 206 of the Texas Property Code or by some other means.
