HIGH LOW is based on traditional aerobics principles that creates a steady state cardio workout. HIGH LOW brings the same energy, intensity, and effectiveness of the HIGH fitness class with lower impact on your joints. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!

Residents $50, Non-Residents $62.50
Punch card is 10 classes.
Pick up your punch card in the gym office.

You may try your first class for Free!

Drop in Rate is $8

No refunds. Punch card expires after 6 months.
