Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-9:30pm

at the Clear Lake Rec Center Pavilion Room

This Martial Arts calls will help with Self Defense, Weight Loss, build strength,

gain confidence, increase flexibility, improve cardio, improve mental health and have lots of fun!!

The Cost of the Class is $120 per week.
